In therapy, Gabrielle may integrate mindfulness and meditation practices to help clients develop greater self-awareness and resilience.
As an artist and musician, Gabrielle has a unique appreciation for the healing power of creativity. She incorporates art therapy into her work with clients, especially those who are artists themselves, to help them reconnect with their creative expression, which is often neglected amid life transitions.
Her holistic, compassionate approach fosters a nurturing space for clients, promoting healing, self-compassion, and connection through both traditional and creative therapeutic methods. Gabrielle has experience working with clients of both genders and clients of all ages.
