Welcome to the Chicago Family Therapy Center! I have over 10 years of experience supporting adults and families experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, and more.
You can expect expert, non-judgmental care that is authentic and empathetic. Therapy with me is a warm space where you can recoup from mental health challenges and strengthen your relationships so you can live a more meaningful life.
In-person therapy is available in Skokie. Online therapy is available to residents of Illinois and participating states under PSYPACT.

My background
I have over 10 years of experience, with much of my career focusing on supporting adults and families. I received specialized training in the areas of marriage and family therapy and reproductive health psychology, supporting individuals, couples, and families at all stages of the family lifecycle. Having provided treatment in various mental health settings, I provide collaborative care, partnering with clients and their external systems.

I wasn’t always a psychologist
I started my career in corporate accounting and consulting, working with healthcare, government, and nonprofit organizations. I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
My experience outside of therapy often provides perspective, empathy, and insight into my clients’ lives, enabling me to offer relevant and practical guidance.
I have volunteered for The Ark, a social service agency in Chicagoland where I have been privileged to meet and work with the homeless and the most vulnerable people in our communities.
Supervisor
I provide clinical supervision and consultation to mental health clinicians.
In addition to ongoing training and collaboration with the team at Chicago Family Therapy, I stay up to date with advanced evidence-based care through active participation in the American Psychological Association, the Illinois Psychological Association, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, RESOLVE The National Infertility Association, and Nefesh Chicago.
