Josh is passionate about helping people get better, especially those who have struggled previously with therapy. His goal is for you to get better, with sessions leading to measurable improvements in the areas you struggle with.


Through years of research into best practices, processing hundreds of clients as the director of the Chicago Center’s Mental Health referral program, and working as a child behavioral specialist utilizing ABA therapy, Josh has come to appreciate the importance of compassionate, patient, and individualized care. His approach is based on feedback-informed treatment and deliberate practice in psychotherapy. Additionally, he pulls from a wide range of therapeutic models and theories in treatment. Whether working with individuals, couples, families or children, Josh partners with his clients to pinpoint exactly what they need, and then collaborates with them on a plan to achieve their goals.
