Dr. Kilstein has over ten years of experience, with much of her career focusing on supporting adults and families. She received specialized training in the areas of marriage and family therapy and reproductive health psychology, supporting individuals, couples, and families at all stages of family lifecycle. Having provided treatment in various mental health settings, Dr. Kilstein provides collaborative care, partnering with clients and their external systems. Dr. Kilstein has a special interest in attachment theory/attachment styles, and how these early relationships impact present day issues. She uses each individual’s values and goals as the starting point for their work together.



Dr. Kilstein started her career in the corporate accounting and consulting fields, working with healthcare, government, and not-for-profit organizations. She is also available to provide clinical supervision/consultation to mental health clinicians.
